Portfolio dashboard for investors on Ledgy

Investor Dashboard

All investments, options, and convertibles in a single portfolio — the investor dashboard on Ledgy builds trust between startups and their stakeholders.

More and more Swiss startups and SMBs are already using Ledgy to manage their shareholders, convertibles, and employee incentives and to model financing rounds. As previously noted in the German press, we’re thrilled to announce that Ledgy is now launching a portfolio dashboard where investors can see their stakes and key metrics of all their companies at a glance. This includes the amount invested, the current value and the achieved return, convertibles and even options with vesting plans. For the investors, this is very convenient because all the information is readily available and curated by the startups themselves.

Startups simply need to keep their share register up-to-date and no longer need to keep in mind to send updated spreadsheets to their shareholders. By default, investors can only see their own stake, not the full cap table. However, if they wish, a company can choose to give full access to key stakeholders.

Details about the invested amount, return, and vested shares.

The dashboard with its master view on all the relevant information relieves another widespread pain for investors: not knowing if the information they have is up-to-date and which spreadsheet is the most recent one. Keeping several consistent versions of a cap table in spreadsheets is a mess — not so with Ledgy: When startups update their share register and publish the changes, investors can automatically be notified by email.

Furthermore, Ledgy automatically checks all transactions for inconsistencies. Founders, CEOs, lawyers or whoever is in charge of managing the cap table can rest assured that the information is safely stored in one place where it is error-checked and always available to authorized users. Many successful companies use Ledgy to manage their cap table. Among them are VIU, Crypto Finance AG, and Farmy.
